Who We Are

PERSONALIZED, RELATABLE & VALIDATING

We strive to help individuals and couples discover confidence and growth in their personal healing journeys through difficult and devastating relationship circumstances.

Our hope is to help others become aware of what the struggle is, find resources and tools to navigate the situation. We provide individualized support that focuses on bringing awareness to who you are created to be, being the best version of you, and not simply being defined by your life circumstances. Together we assess what’s working and disrupt patterns that aren’t – empowering you to heal, regain hope, and transform your life.

We have personal life experiences in the lasting effect of trauma, relational issues, and neurodiversity, along with unique specialized training for those impacted by betrayal from infidelity, sexual addiction, and emotional abandonment.

Our approach is very personalized, relatable, and validating to each unique situation. Offering hope and care, valuing you no matter what the circumstances or decisions you make. We will provide a safe environment for you to explore your life circumstances objectively and confidentially.

Meet the Team

As a husband and wife partnering together, we are dedicated to helping individuals and couples find confidence and experience personal growth during their challenging relationship circumstances. Kevin Meek

PEER MENTOR

  • Kevin has been in recovery since 2009, and has worked through a variety of individual and group programs to find sobriety, healing, and restoration. Growing up in a family where children were to be seen and not heard, Kevin has worked through many negative coping skills that have come from childhood abandonment and neglect. Through life’s experiences, he has encountered feelings of unworthiness, inadequacy, and lack of belonging.

Kevin and his wife Shawna have been married, divorced, and re-married over the past 25+ years with plenty of relational struggles caused by Kevin’s challenges with emotional intimacy. Understanding that we all have a journey to navigate, Kevin finds encouragement in being a peer mentor to others who are on the path of recovery and healing - both individually and as a couple.

Trained as a registered nurse and using skills and techniques that have been learned and shared over the years, Kevin supports men who are trying to figure out what step to take next and how to begin the process of repair and restoration. Diagnosed late in life as an adult with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Kevin continues his journey on working through the challenges of neurodiversity in relationships, especially with his marriage to a neurotypical spouse. He works with those navigating a possible diagnosis or those newly diagnosed.

Kevin is available for the following types of support through peer mentoring*

    • Boundary Support Work
    • Accountability Check-Ins
    • Resourcing Support
    • Sobriety Plans
    • 12 Step Work Shame Resiliency

*All individuals interested in pursuing Peer Mentoring must be actively engaged with a Coach or Therapist or have that as a goal within 90 days of starting mentoring.
